Our Shipping Policy

What are the usual delivery times?

 

Lithuania: 1-5 working days, from the moment it has been shipped.

EU orders: 2-10 working days, from the moment it has been shipped.

Norway and Switzerland: 5-14 working days, from the moment it has been shipped.

 

Items in pre-order:

 

It can take up to 3 weeks to produce the item (please check the product description of each product page for the estimated dispatch date). On top you have to calculate the shipping times as specified above.

 

What are the costs of delivery?

Delivery for all orders in Lithuania - 3€.  Orders over 100€ - free delivery. We charge 23€ for orders from Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia and Romania. We charge 18€ for orders from Italy, Spain, Portugal. We charge 18€ for orders from Italy, Spain, Portugal. We charge 15€ for orders from Ireland, France, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Great Britain, Hungary, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Holland, Slovakia, Germany. We charge 10€ for orders from Poland, Latvia, Estonia. Please be aware that this is only for the outgoing shipment, you are responsible for the return shipment and any kind of import taxes that might apply.

 

Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. In remote areas, shipment can take up to 2 days.

 

All orders from Lithuania will be delivered by courier. Please understand that we will have to charge you for a second shipment in case your shipping parcel auto-returned to our warehouse and you would like to have it sent out another time with shipping (because of your absence or you failed to pick it up from the pick up store in time).

What delivery companies are we working with?

MERCH UPON (www.merchupon.com) sends orders within Europe with DPD Lithuania. Once your product is dispatched you will receive a notification and tracking number from DPD. We currently serve the European Union, Norway, Switzerland.

 

What to do if your shipping address has changed?

If your shipping address has changed and this affects an already placed order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Through the e-mail on our website. If the order hasn’t been sent out yet, we’re able to modify the shipping address details. In case the order has already been sent out, we will have to wait until it’s returned to our warehouse in order to send it out again to the correct address.
